Varia Orbi Coffee Maker

The Varia Orbi Coffee Maker is a rechargeable multi-method brewer that turns coffee recipes into guided, automated brews across espresso, filter and capsule coffee. Programmable pressure and flow, 0.1°C PID temperature control and integrated weighing work together as recipes synced from the Varia app run directly on the brewer. Recipes It Actually Executes

Choose a classic espresso or a recipe from a champion and Orbi runs it. Sync one from the Varia app and Orbi controls its programmed temperature, pressure, flow and yield, with closed-loop brewing logic responding throughout extraction and stopping automatically at the target yield. The 2.8-inch touchscreen keeps time, temperature and pressure visible as you brew, while smart tare confirms a stable weight at each guided stage of the recipe.

Control How Water Moves

A bespoke 12,000 RPM gear pump controls how fast water moves, not just how hard it pushes. Dynamic Hydraulic Profiling allows pressure and flow to change throughout a recipe, giving espresso and capsule programmable pre-infusion and pressure profiling and filter staged flow control. Espresso runs through a full-size 58mm basket and shower screen, while filter brewing uses a dedicated dripper with staged water delivery and brew-ratio guidance for clear, repeatable results.

Portable Or Go Pro

Orbi Portable keeps the system self-contained with an integrated scale measuring beverage output directly, while its 4000mAh battery gives you approximately two to three espressos starting with room-temperature water, or 6-8 starting with hot water at 92°C, per charge. Orbi Pro adds the Home Dock and its second scale, which tracks the weight of the brewer and its contents while the cup scale measures the coffee, giving you brew input and beverage output together for a fuller view at home.
