Third Wave’s Co-founders and coffee aficionados Charles and Taylor considered mailing coffee-ready bottled water to customers but after the lightbulb moment of ‘dehydrated water’, Taylor put together some lab samples for Charles to evaluate. A water treatment designed to get the best flavor out of your specialty coffee, Third Wave Water treats distilled or reverse osmosis water, bringing its mineral contents up to the optimum level for coffee brewing; magnesium reduces the acidity and calcium balances out the flavors.
Each pack of Third Wave Water makes up 12 gallons and with 3 specific flavour profiles, you can tailor your water to your preferred roast; Classic, Dark Roast or Espresso.
