The Silvia Pro X is a blend of the professional performance of the well-respected Rancilio Silvia Coffee Machine lineage. The remarkable capabilities of the market-tested Silvia model – with the addition of two PID temperature controllers, soft pre-infusion at the grouphead and an automatic grouphead flush function, ensure your workflow and the coffee flavour our as good as any cafe.
Soft-Pre Infusion for a better tasting Brew
Soft Infusion is a customisable pre-infusion mode that gently soaks the coffee puck for a time set by you. This level of control lets you tap into a whole new world of flavour profiles - allowing more oils, body, sweetness and flavour to enter into your Espresso. Programmable for up to 6secs, this feature will always bring the best out of your coffee.
Other things that you’re sure to love about this coffee machine include the pressure gauge, multidirectional steam wand, adjustable height tray, and an ergonomic portafilter.
