Designed for the high volume cafe, the Quamar T48 MAN Grinder is fast, consistent, and powerful. Featuring massive 84mm flat burrs, a stepped grind knob, and a 300g manual doser, it’s one for the baristas who need a grinder that can handle a good rush.
The T48’s large 84mm flat burrs deliver uniform espresso grounds with ease. They’re reliable, fast, and perfect for high volume settings. The grind setting can be adjusted using the stepless knob above the doser that features micro adjustment lines for incredible control and precision.
The T48’s manual doser can hold up to 300g of grounds at a time. The doser allows you to dispense 4-9g of grounds per swipe, and with a little practice, you’ll have no problem dispensing the perfect amount every time.
An aluminum body protects the grinder’s internals and comes in five colours to suit the style of your cafe: Matt Black, Polished Aluminum, Metallic Silver, Shiny White, and Shiny Red.

You agree to release Alternative Brewing from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of your election to choose Authority to Leave for your delivery.
If you do not provide Alternative Brewing Authority to Leave for your delivery, you will have to be at your premises in order for the delivery to occur.
