Anyone who’s serious about their espresso will love the Profitec Pro 700. This dual boiler coffee machine features a classic E61 grouphead, PID, and a rotary pump, putting it solidly in the prosumer category. The Profitec Pro 700 can also be fitted with a flow rate regulator, allowing you to experiment with pressure profiling.

Thermal stability Brewing

You can be sure you are extracting at your desired temperatures with the Profitec Pro 700, thanks to its E61 grouphead and PID control. The PID lets you set the temperatures of both the boilers to the degree, while the classic E61 brew group pretty much guarantees no loss of heat as it extracts. The temperature settings are easily accessible through the PID display in front of the machine.

Powerful Milk Steaming

The dual boiler set-up of the Profitec Pro 700 takes its steaming capabilities to the next level. When the steam boiler is set at its maximum temperature, the steaming pressure can reach up to an impressive 2 bar, allowing you to steam your milk faster.

Perfect for when you’re in a hurry to get your cappuccino or you’re serving guests back to back. This model also has quick steam valves instead of the usual rotary dials, making them effortless to use on busy days.

Espresso profiling

Excited to know your favourite coffees better? The Profitec Pro 700 can be set up with a flow control regulator -- a fantastic addition for when you’re ready to experiment with pressure profiling.

The flow control regulator allows you to manipulate the amount of water going through the puck, varying the extraction pressure which could impact the coffee’s flavours. Other features to love in the Profitec Pro 700: a top-loading 3L water tank and the possibility to connect to the water mains, a large capacity drip tray, eco mode, and a low-water sensor that triggers an automatic shut-off to prevent damage to the machine.
