Pesado stuns with a new high-performance espresso tool. The Pesado HE[%] is a high-extraction basket created to achieve a richer, more flavourful shot of espresso. 

The Pesado HE[%] are created with CNC machining and laser cut technology to create perfectly cylindrical holes. This high-extraction basket is also made with thicker steel (1.1mm) to help it withstand pressure and prevent the surface from bending during extraction.

Compared with IMS and VST baskets, the Pesado HE[%] also has a larger surface area, reaching farther into the edges of the basket -- thanks to laser technology.

Richer espressos - Designed for high extraction to capture more flavours and aromas.

Perfectly cylindrical - Unlike IMS and VST baskets, the HE’s filtration holes are perfectly cylindrical for a higher extraction rate.

Thicker - Made with 1.1mm steel that can better withstand pressure and prevent the basket’s bottom from bowing down during extraction.

Larger surface area - Thanks to laser technology, the holes are spread farther into the edges to increase the surface area of the Pesado HE[%] basket.

You agree to release Alternative Brewing from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of your election to choose Authority to Leave for your delivery.

If you do not provide Alternative Brewing Authority to Leave for your delivery, you will have to be at your premises in order for the delivery to occur.
