The Mahlkonig Sync Scale is a precision coffee scale designed to work within the Mahlkonig Sync system, using real-time shot data to help maintain consistency across your espresso workflow. By measuring both weight and extraction time, it feeds directly into compatible Sync grinders, supporting more stable results without constant manual grind adjustment.
At the centre of the system is automated grind control. Compatible grinders can adjust burr position electronically based on extraction data, reducing reliance on barista input and helping keep shots within target range throughout service. Calibration is also simplified, with software-guided zeroing replacing manual adjustment and removing the need for tools or disassembly.
Designed for practical use behind the machine, the low-profile body fits comfortably under most group heads while still supporting multiple cups. With 0.1g precision, WiFi connectivity and a durable, water-resistant build, it supports a more controlled and repeatable workflow in both café and advanced home setups.

Alternative Brewing, and its agents/delivery partners associated with the delivery of your parcel, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage that may result from you providing Authority to Leave for your delivery. You agree to release Alternative Brewing from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of your election to choose Authority to Leave for your delivery.
If you do not provide Alternative Brewing Authority to Leave for your delivery, you will have to be at your premises in order for the delivery to occur.
