The grinder’s steel 75mm flat burrs are capable of grinding coffee at a speed of 3g/s, which is on-par with other commercial grinders of its type. The resulting espresso grounds are consistent, uniform, and capable of producing stellar shots. A stepless grind collar gives you full control over the grind size by not limiting you to a preset number of settings to choose from.
Using the LCD backlit digital display, you can count shots and set up to three distinct dosing times via increments of 0.05 seconds. You can also grind on-demand if you need a quick top-off.
