The 75mm steel flat burrs consistently produce uniform espresso grounds at a rate of 3g per second. It’s a speed that’s on-par with other commercial grinders of its type. The stepless grind collar allows you to find the perfect grind size by not limiting you to a limited number of setting options.
The LCD backlit display counts shots and allows you to set three different dosing timers. Each timer can be be adjusted in increments of 0.05 seconds. An on-demand grind button is also available for quick top-offs. Ideal For: Low To Medium Volume Cafes
