The grinder’s 68mm burrs are capable of producing consistent, uniform espresso grounds that’ll brew great espresso. And this grinder can produce 4.5g/s, meaning you don’t have to wait around forever to get your grounds.
The stepless grind collar offers you complete control over your grind size but not limiting you to a certain number of specific settings. With the continual gear, you literally have access to an unlimited number of settings to find that perfect grind size.
The Macap M7D’s backlit LCD display not only counts shots, but it also allows you to set three different dosing timers in increments of 0.05 seconds. A grind-on-demand button is also available for when you need a quick top-off.
