The Lelit Elizabeth & Lelit Fred Tempo Bundle pairs a compact dual boiler espresso machine with an on-demand conical grinder, giving you a complete setup in less than half a metre of bench space. The Fred grinds straight into the portafilter and sits beside the Elizabeth as part of the same workflow.
The Lelit Elizabeth PL92T runs separate brass and stainless steel boilers for coffee and steam, each under PID control, so brewing and steaming happen together without waiting between them. The LCC control system and OLED display handle pre-infusion time, brewing time, automatic purge and the washing cycle, and show extraction time and temperature as you work. A back-lit manometer reads brew pressure and a multidirectional anti-burn steam wand and fixed hot water wand sit either side of the LELIT58 commercial group.
The Lelit Fred Tempo grinds on demand through Ø38mm conical burrs, with micrometric stepless adjustment on a side knob and a granulometry scale from 1 to 7 on the hopper. The dose button sets grind time from 2 to 20 seconds, which is what turns a dose you judge by eye into one you can repeat. At 140mm wide it takes very little bench and a light-shielding hopper holds 250g with a closure cap that limits airflow.
