With loads of additional commercial features to the Izzo Vivi, this machine boasts a relatively small footprint. ‘Cool touch’ technology keeps the steam wands cooler for longer meaning the steam wands are double insulated and can be held for longer whilst steaming milk.
Using simple and effective PID controls, accessible from the front of the machine will let you set the exact temperature of the machine. This PID doubles as a convenient shot timer for every one of your espresso pulled. Along with this, monitoring your boiler and steam pressure is effortless with dual readouts on gauges, located either side of the brewing platform.
