The charm of cold brew is largely the simplicity of making it. With this Icon Chef brewer, all you do is add grounds to the filter, fill the carafe with water, and steep for 12-14 hours. This no-fuss process makes it great for cold brew newcomers and veterans alike.
Iron Chef Cold Brew Coffee Maker Instruction:
- Grind 100g of coffee at a medium-coarse setting and place into the brewing chamber.
- Pour 1,400ml of cold water over the coffee to evenly saturate the grounds.
- After 5 minutes, stir the grounds gently.
- Steep for 12-14 hours, then remove the filter to stop the brewing.
- Pour, dilute, and enjoy.
The end result is a coffee coffee concentrate with up to 66% less bitterness and acidity, making it an extraordinarily smooth brew. Dilute with cold water and ice for iced coffee, hot water for hot coffee, or milk and ice for a cold brew iced latte.

If you do not provide Alternative Brewing Authority to Leave for your delivery, you will have to be at your premises in order for the delivery to occur.
