Built for hands-on espresso brewing, the Flair 49 Pro Espresso Maker is a fully manual lever machine designed to give you direct control over pressure, flow and extraction. Using a 49mm portafilter system and an all stainless steel brew path, it delivers cafe-quality espresso in a compact setup without relying on pumps or electronics.
The lever-driven design provides real-time feedback throughout the shot, allowing you to build and adjust pressure as you extract. Unlike traditional machines, this puts the entire brewing process in your hands, from pre-infusion through to final yield. The integrated pressure gauge supports this by giving clear visual feedback, helping you refine technique and repeat results more consistently over time.
The 49mm basket design plays a key role in how the machine performs in use. Its deeper puck increases resistance and improves water distribution, making it more forgiving when dialling in grind size and reducing the risk of channelling. It also performs well at lower doses, while still producing espresso with noticeable body and texture. This makes it easier to achieve balanced results without requiring perfect grind precision.

You agree to release Alternative Brewing from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of your election to choose Authority to Leave for your delivery.
If you do not provide Alternative Brewing Authority to Leave for your delivery, you will have to be at your premises in order for the delivery to occur.
