The large 83mm flat burr set is built for repeated grinding throughout service, with a 650W motor providing the power behind it and a rated burr life of up to 900kg. A 1.5kg hopper keeps plenty of coffee ready above the burrs, reducing how often you're stopping to refill during a busy shift.
Dial In Without The Steps
Fiorenzato's micrometric ring adjustment lets you make small, continuous changes to grind size rather than working between fixed settings. That makes it easier to respond as coffee changes throughout the day, while timed dosing delivers each programmed dose directly into the portafilter.
Made For Café Workflow
The adjustable portafilter fork supports the basket beneath the chute for hands-free grinding, with height adjustment to suit different portafilters. If you do not provide Alternative Brewing Authority to Leave for your delivery, you will have to be at your premises in order for the delivery to occur.
