Built To Run Cool
The electronically controlled cooling fan switches on when needed, helping manage heat through repeated grinding without running continuously. Behind it, a 64mm flat burr set and 450W motor provide the grinding capacity needed for steady cafe service, with the burrs rated for up to 600kg before replacement.
Small Changes, Not Steps
Grind size moves on a micrometric ring that turns continuously, so a change can be as fine as the coffee needs rather than landing on the nearest preset. Doses are programmed by time and delivered directly into the portafilter, giving the bar a straightforward, repeatable workflow when several people are using the same grinder.
Sized For The Bar
A 1.5kg hopper keeps plenty of coffee ready above the burrs, reducing the need for constant refilling through service. The portafilter fork adjusts for height and holds the basket under the chute while it grinds and at 230mm wide and 615mm tall the whole grinder fits a working bar without needing a rearrangement.

You agree to release Alternative Brewing from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of your election to choose Authority to Leave for your delivery.
If you do not provide Alternative Brewing Authority to Leave for your delivery, you will have to be at your premises in order for the delivery to occur.
