Fellow Atmos Coffee Canisters will keep your roasted coffee stored fresh for longer, airtight. It achieves this by removing oxygen from the Atmos Coffee Canister. Protecting your fresh coffee beans from moisture and odours whilst delaying the staling and ageing in the process. You don’t need to place them in the fridge again..
Roasted coffee beans effectively have a shelf life once roasted. Through the staling process you begin to notice the beans will first lose their natural fresh aromas followed closely by the sweetness and vibrancy of flavours associated with fresh beans.
The way in which the Fellow Atmos Coffee Canisters keeps airtight is through a unique integrated pump in the lid. This acts as a vacuum when you twist the lid on left and right. You’ll notice the vacuum light indicator turns green and gets pulled down once you achieve a solid vacuum seal in the container. When you’re ready to remove and use your beans, simply press down the airtight release button and hear the air get sucked back into the container.
The Silicone airtight seal stops anything from getting inside the container once sealed. You can add an extra layer of UV protection by upgrading from the clear glass canister to a stainless steel – matte black or matte white version that will effectively increase the life of your beans by 50%.

Airtight Silicone Seal – Prevents the ageing and oxidation process by removing all the elements that cause it, protecting against odours and sunlight too.

Please Note:
Do not store ground substances, like ground coffee or flour in the Atmos. This may clog the vacuum lid and prevent a proper vacuum seal.
Do not place Atmos upside down while storing content inside. • Atmos is not to be cleaned in the dishwasher. For best cleaning practices, please refer to the Atmos Safety Instructions.

By providing Authority to Leave you agree that the parcel is deemed to have been received when left at your premises.
Alternative Brewing, and its agents/delivery partners associated with the delivery of your parcel, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage that may result from you providing Authority to Leave for your delivery. You agree to release Alternative Brewing from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of your election to choose Authority to Leave for your delivery.
If you do not provide Alternative Brewing Authority to Leave for your delivery, you will have to be at your premises in order for the delivery to occur.
