Precision-built for single dosing, the Eureka Mignon Pisa 65 Coffee Grinder pairs 65mm diamond-coated flat burrs with a 310W motor and Eureka's Silent Technology for consistent, clump-free grinding. It's the largest burr set in the Mignon range, built to handle fine espresso and coarse filter grinds on the one machine. Its stepped, angular body takes its shape from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, finished in solid metal with a smoked single dose hopper on top.

At 65mm, the Pisa 65 runs the largest diamond-coated burr set in the Mignon range, built for espresso and filter alike and tuned to bring out clarity in lighter roasts. A 15° angled chamber and integrated Blow Up System clear spent grounds after every dose, holding dose consistency to within 0.15g for espresso and 0.06g for filter, so no stale coffee carries through to the next cup.
Total Grind Control
Grind settings run through the King Size dial, oversized and fitted with Stepless Micrometric Regulation that adjusts continuously rather than snapping between fixed steps. That makes fine-tuning a specific grind size a matter of small turns instead of guesswork and a marked scale lets you return to a known setting quickly if you're switching between espresso and filter.
Built for Everyday Dosing
Ground coffee drops into the MagDose cup, which locks on magnetically so it stays put during the grind and lifts away clean without spilling across the bench. That kind of tidy handoff matters for single dosing, where every gram left behind on the bench is a gram missing from the shot.
