The DiFluid Moment Infrared Thermometer is a non-contact thermometer built to guide coffee tasting rather than just display a number. It tracks a cup's surface temperature in real time and flags each new tasting window as the coffee cools, so you know when sweetness, acidity or body is meant to show up rather than guessing. It's built for both cafe service and at-home cupping.
Temperature is read via infrared sensing from −25°C to 200°C at ±1°C accuracy, updating more than ten times a second so no tasting window is missed. A built-in Cupping Mode marks tasting stages through a session to help standardise how a cupping is run and a tap-to-like, long-press-to-rate system captures feedback at each temperature stage. Everything syncs over Bluetooth to CoffeeOS, DiFluid's companion platform.
The 2.0-inch AMOLED touchscreen keeps the interface sharp without adding bulk and its sleek form factor is built to sit on a cafe counter without drawing attention to itself. A 1500mAh battery runs for around twelve hours between charges and tops up in about three hours over USB-C. The unit stores up to 200 synced profiles at a time, with firmware updates adding new capability over time.

You agree to release Alternative Brewing from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of your election to choose Authority to Leave for your delivery.
If you do not provide Alternative Brewing Authority to Leave for your delivery, you will have to be at your premises in order for the delivery to occur.
