The DiFluid CoffMeter W1 Coffee Water Activity Meter is a handheld tester that measures water activity rather than just moisture percentage, the number that actually predicts whether green coffee stays safe and flavourful in storage. Water activity below 0.60 keeps mould dormant and beans stable for years, while levels above 0.70 create the conditions for mycotoxins and moisture percentage alone can't tell you which side of that line you're on.
Drop in 6 to 8 grams of beans and the W1 returns a reading in about two minutes, accurate to ±0.02 Aw with a resolution of 0.001 Aw. A precision humidity sensor tracks the reading in real time, with built-in temperature and humidity compensation so results hold up whether you're testing in a warehouse or a roastery.
The floating tray makes loading and unloading a sample simple, and at 750g the whole unit is compact enough to carry between sites rather than staying fixed to a bench. It's not limited to coffee either - the same sensor reads rice, wheat, corn and other grains, so it earns its keep beyond a single use case.

If you do not provide Alternative Brewing Authority to Leave for your delivery, you will have to be at your premises in order for the delivery to occur.
