The DiFluid CoffMeter M1 Moisture and Density Meter is a handheld tool for measuring green and roasted coffee in seconds rather than sending samples off to a lab. It reads moisture, density and sample temperature in a single test that takes two seconds or less, giving roasters and green buyers a number they can act on immediately instead of waiting on an oven-based moisture test.
Moisture reads across a 1-50% range at ±0.2% accuracy and density covers 0-1200g/L at ±1g/L, both measured from the same sample without switching instruments. It handles green beans, roasted beans, parchment and dried cherries, so one device covers sourcing, roasting and cupping. Calibration runs entirely on firmware, so there's no physical reference sample to buy or run out of.
At 445g and running on a 2500mAh battery, the M1 is built to move between the warehouse floor, the roastery and the cupping table rather than stay bolted to a bench. A full charge takes around four hours over USB-C and lasts roughly ten hours of continuous testing and it pairs over Bluetooth to store the last 500 readings in DiFluid's companion app.

You agree to release Alternative Brewing from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of your election to choose Authority to Leave for your delivery.
If you do not provide Alternative Brewing Authority to Leave for your delivery, you will have to be at your premises in order for the delivery to occur.
