It's a compact colour meter built for tracking roast consistency batch to batch, rather than relying on how a roast looks under whatever light happens to be in the room.
A dual-sided sample plate holds both whole beans and grounds in dedicated sections, complete with a built-in overspill tray, so switching between the two doesn't mean swapping accessories. Automatic temperature compensation keeps readings stable across different environments without needing a warm-up period, and each test reads to ±0.5 Agtron from a 17 to 19 gram sample.
Results sync to CoffeeOS over Bluetooth, building a record you can compare across roasts instead of relying on memory, with up to 500 tests stored directly on the device. A 1500mAh battery runs for up to eight hours between charges and the whole unit is light enough to move between a roastery, a lab, or a cupping table.

You agree to release Alternative Brewing from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of your election to choose Authority to Leave for your delivery.
If you do not provide Alternative Brewing Authority to Leave for your delivery, you will have to be at your premises in order for the delivery to occur.
