The grinder’s 68mm burrs are razor sharp and perfectly aligned by the patented parallel locking mechanism. This reduces wobble, increases grind uniformity, and produces better espresso.
The burrs, thanks to the 950W motor, are also amazingly fast, grinding 7g of espresso in just 1.6 seconds. Dual fans keep the entire grinder cool to ensure environmental heat doesn’t harm your grind uniformity.
The grind setting can be adjusted by the easy to use stepless adjustment collar. The protruding arm makes adjustments quick and comfortable, and since the grind setting is displayed visually on the screen, you’ll be more precise than ever.
The touch screen not only visualizes the grind setting, but it also allows you to set burr replacement alarms, display the date and time, and set the dose. Any portafilter can be dosed directly into, thanks to the universal and adjustable portafilter holder.
