Burr Geometry for Brewing Precision
The Lab Series features Comandante’s Tigershark® burr geometry, built around a dual-row cutting structure that processes beans efficiently while limiting fines. This produces a tighter particle distribution, resulting in clearer flavour definition, more stable acidity and a more structured cup, particularly with lighter roasted coffees.
Grind Control
The stepped adjustment system provides precise, repeatable control across a wide grind range, from espresso through to immersion brewing. Each click produces a consistent change in particle size, allowing you to dial in extraction without overcorrecting and maintain repeatability across different coffees and brew styles.
Extraction Performance
The Tigershark® profile emphasises separation and structure, allowing individual tasting notes to come through without becoming muddled. In practice, this delivers more definition in pour over coffee, cleaner espresso extractions and better control when working with lighter roasts.

You agree to release Alternative Brewing from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of your election to choose Authority to Leave for your delivery.
If you do not provide Alternative Brewing Authority to Leave for your delivery, you will have to be at your premises in order for the delivery to occur.
