After you pull your shot, discard your coffee puck into the drawer as you would with an ordinary knock box. The nylon runners help the drawer slide open and close with a dreamy smoothness.
Noise-eliminating

First, inside the drawer is a triangular delta bar that absorbs noise and impact. Then underneath, the rubber feet cushion the unit and help protect your counter from impact. The drawer also has 7 bump stops to ensure that it closes quietly even when accidentally slam it shut.
Made with stainless steel, the drawer is carefully engineered for longevity. The custom delta bar not only absorbs noise but also strengthens the entire drawer. The rubber feet at the base also offer additional support so the drawer can withstand daily commercial operations.

You agree to release Alternative Brewing from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of your election to choose Authority to Leave for your delivery.
If you do not provide Alternative Brewing Authority to Leave for your delivery, you will have to be at your premises in order for the delivery to occur.
