Brazil - Andressa Matas De Minas
From the specialty coffee-growing region of the Matas De Minas, the Andressa is an exceptional coffee with a creamy body and pleasant citrus acidity. This coffee starts smooth with its caramel, chocolate, and nutty tones, and finishes off with juicy citrus. Quite versatile, it can be roasted for filter and espresso, and can be included in blends. The Andressa Matas De Minas is grown by small family farmers following sustainable methods. It owes its unique flavour profile to the region’s mild climate and the growers’ dedication to meticulous preparation.
Honduras SHG EP San Vicente Washed
Sweet, mild, but wildly aromatic. The Honduras SHG EP San Vicente is grown by a small group of producers in the Santa Barbara mountains. This high-grown washed coffee has a sweet chocolate flavour, hints of caramel, and finishes off with a mild citrus brightness.
Colombia Castillo Carbonic Maceration
Deep and complex, the Colombia Castillo Carbonic Maceration swirls in the flavours of raspberries, guava, apricot, candied lemon, and redskins. It has a medium body and a bubbling, pleasant brightness. Using the process of carbonic maceration, the coffee cherries are placed in an airtight barrel and pumped with carbon dioxide. The carbon-rich environment helps the coffees develop wine-like quality and flavours.
