The Bialetti Moka Induction Italia is an induction-compatible moka pot that puts an Italian spin on Bialetti's classic stovetop brewer. Made in Italy and finished in the red, white and green of the Italian flag, it keeps the familiar Moka experience while making it ready for modern induction cooktops.
The clever part is underneath. A bi-layer boiler combines an aluminium interior for the familiar Moka brewing design with a stainless steel exterior that works directly on induction, with no adapter plate needed. It's also suitable for gas and electric cooktops, while Bialetti's easy-clean safety valve and soft-touch handle keep brewing and pouring simple.
Available in 4 and 6 cup sizes, the Moka Induction Italia brews approximately 190ml or 270ml, giving you a choice between a smaller daily brew or a larger pot to share. Like Bialetti's traditional moka pots, cleanup is simple: rinse with warm water after brewing rather than using detergent or putting it through the dishwasher.
