Meet The BZ10 Group Head
Bezzera is an Italian espresso machine maker that does things differently: they design their own internal parts, rather than buying parts from other companies and building their machines around them.
The BZ10 group head is Bezzera’s own design, outfitted with two heating elements and a thermostat. Not only does it heat up in under ten minutes (nearly twice as fast as E61 groups), but it stays well-heated for as long as the machine is turned on.
And unlike the E61 group, which uses mechanical parts to pull shots, the BZ10 is all electronic, meaning there’s zero required maintenance to keep it functioning at full power.
Pulling Shots With The Bezzera BZ10 Coffee Machine
Making espresso feels natural and smooth, thanks to the commercial-grade 58mm portafilter. The 1.5L heat exchange boiler offers a steady supply of hot water for pulling shots and milk steaming—which you can do at the same time. A 3L water tank continuously refills the boiler for non-stop function.
The 3-way solenoid valve—a powerful feature usually reserved for high-end machines—ensures that the flow of water starts and stops exactly when you need it to. No slow drips after the shot, less mess, and a higher quality shot.
Works Like A Charm
The Bezzera BZ20 features 360° steam and hot water wands with toggle switches (rather than knobs), offering for fast and flexible control. A dual-needle gauge on the front of the machine keeps you aware of both the boiler and pump pressures at any time.
Atop the machine, wrapped in sleek stainless steel, is a cup warmer that keeps you from ever pulling a shot into a cold mug.
