Using patented accelerated cold extraction technology, it produces smooth cold brew in around 45 minutes instead of the traditional 12–24 hour steeping process, allowing venues to brew fresh batches throughout service.
Rapid Cold Brew Extraction
The Baby Hardtank Commercial Cold Brewer uses a dynamic cold extraction process that actively circulates chilled water through the coffee bed. This improves extraction efficiency while maintaining the smooth flavour and low acidity expected from cold brew coffee, helping cafes prepare consistent batches without long overnight brewing.

A compact countertop footprint allows the machine to fit easily into cafe bars and beverage stations while still delivering high daily output. With the ability to produce up to 80 litres per day and around 300 servings, venues can maintain steady supply during busy service periods without relying on large under-bench brewing systems.

Alternative Brewing, and its agents/delivery partners associated with the delivery of your parcel, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage that may result from you providing Authority to Leave for your delivery. You agree to release Alternative Brewing from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of your election to choose Authority to Leave for your delivery.
If you do not provide Alternative Brewing Authority to Leave for your delivery, you will have to be at your premises in order for the delivery to occur.
