Liquid mineral concentrate for AeroPress brewing, the Apax Lab AeroPress Mineral Concentrate is a limited-edition profile designed to replicate the exact water composition used to win the 2025 World AeroPress Championship. It’s formulated to produce a sweet, structured and balanced cup without needing to build your own water from scratch.
Added either to your brew water or directly into the cup, it allows you to adjust flavour balance without changing your coffee or recipe. The profile is tuned specifically for AeroPress, focusing on body, clarity and a controlled acidity to produce a more consistent, competition-style result with minimal adjustment.
Unlike the core Apax range, this is a fixed profile rather than a modular system. It’s designed to deliver a specific outcome - a round, sweet and expressive cup - without needing to blend or experiment with multiple concentrates, making it a more straightforward option for repeatable results.

By providing Authority to Leave you agree that the parcel is deemed to have been received when left at your premises.
Alternative Brewing, and its agents/delivery partners associated with the delivery of your parcel, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage that may result from you providing Authority to Leave for your delivery. You agree to release Alternative Brewing from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of your election to choose Authority to Leave for your delivery.
If you do not provide Alternative Brewing Authority to Leave for your delivery, you will have to be at your premises in order for the delivery to occur.
