With a larger weighing platform and industrial-grade sensors, they allow baristas to measure doses, monitor extraction and maintain consistent brewing results across different coffee styles.
Unlike traditional coffee scales, the Umbra Duo uses a display-free design that connects to the Acaia app or compatible Acaia scales. This allows weight and brewing data to appear on paired devices while keeping the scale itself minimal and easy to clean, helping simplify busy coffee preparation workflows.
The expanded platform makes the Umbra Duo particularly useful for portafilter dosing, larger brewers or multi-cup preparations. Combined with high-precision weighing technology and real-time connectivity, it helps maintain accurate brewing ratios and consistent extraction when preparing espresso or filter coffee.
Important Note: An Acaia scale is required for this product to function.

Alternative Brewing, and its agents/delivery partners associated with the delivery of your parcel, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage that may result from you providing Authority to Leave for your delivery. You agree to release Alternative Brewing from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of your election to choose Authority to Leave for your delivery.
If you do not provide Alternative Brewing Authority to Leave for your delivery, you will have to be at your premises in order for the delivery to occur.
